With more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, Mike Wendorf founded PRA Commercial Real Estate in 2010 to address a critical need for building owners: expert, hands-on management and strategic guidance for their commercial properties.
What began as a focused effort to bridge service gaps has grown into a boutique firm known for its integrated approach. PRA partners closely with clients on property management, landlord and tenant representation, project and construction management, dispositions, and acquisitions—delivering tailored solutions that maximize value, streamline operations, and support long-term success in Minneapolis and beyond.
Mike’s leadership is rooted in deep market knowledge, integrity, and a genuine commitment to client relationships. Under his direction, PRA has built a reputation for proactive service, thoughtful problem-solving, and helping owners navigate an evolving commercial real estate landscape with confidence.
Outside the office, Mike stays active in the community and at home. He is proud to raise his two daughters, who share his passion for sports and currently compete in volleyball, golf, and tennis. Mike enjoys pickleball, tennis, squash, and cycling as part of his commitment to physical and mental fitness. He is an active leader in his community and church—stepping up in whatever capacity he is needed—and thrives on tackling hard challenges with tenacity and foresight. Mike was previously involved with Minneapolis’ Downtown Improvement District and is now deeply engaged in youth sports as a coach and in school activities.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and communications from the University of Minnesota, where he stays connected as an Alumni Association member and supports fundraising efforts for the Baseline Tennis Club.
